geoip

IP geolocation lookup with automatic selection between a domestic (China) API and an international API.

Features

• Auto-selects domestic (whois.pconline.com.cn) or international (ip-api.com) API
• Explicit GetIPLocationCN / GetIPLocationGlobal variants
• Private/internal IP detection
• CIDR list membership checking
